How to Apply
In person
Step-1
- Identify your Jurisdiction and application center based on your present residential address.
- To book an appointment before visiting India Visa Application Center click here
- Complete the online application form (IVFRT) before visiting the India Visa Application Center click here.
- To view an online sample form click here.
- To apply online click here.
- Print and sign the Application form.
- Paste the photograph as per the specifications. To view photo specifications click here.
- To view all supporting forms, documents and fees for your visa type and attach with your application form.
Step-2
- To book an appointment before visiting India Visa Application Center click here
- Visit India Visa Application Center along with the passport and required documents.
- In case of an inadvertent error while filling up the online visa form, you may be requested to fill up the form again in compliance with requirements.

NOTE: In case your application is incomplete and is not as per the attached checklist duly signed by you, your application may be returned or may be kept on hold and will not be processed till such time that all the documents and supporting information are received and the form is complete in all respect including payment of correct visa fee.
